Anisha enjoys utilizing her formal education, research, and real-life experiences for the betterment of the client.  She prefers fostering a collaboration between client and clinician to ensure each client receives services tailored to their specific needs.  Through an eclectic approach, she has been of service to clients of varying age, ability, socioeconomic status, education, and ethnicity/nationality for over 3 years.  Anisha is committed to continuing her education in areas such as nutrition and neuroscience, as well as many others, to improve her effectiveness as a clinician.  She is determined to help as many people as possible and possesses a passion for providing therapeutic services.  In her free time, she enjoys practicing her faith, being a Marvel super fan, travel, and spending time with her daughter.  She is also an avid reader, cook, musician and writer.

Arasha obtained her Bachelors Degree at the University of California, Riverside and obtained her Masters degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She began her therapeutic work helping at-risk youth within the community schools of Santa Ana and has helped clients with issues such as trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, conduct, and psychosis. In addition to working within the community schools, she has gathered experience working in institutional settings, such as Santa Ana Federal Jail, Lamoreaux Justice Center, and Youth Guidance Center/Youth Leadership Academy. She has been trained through the Gang Certification Intervention Program, Crisis Response Certification, and Joven Noble training through the National Compadres Network. 
She believes that healing begins with uncovering one's truest needs and making a sense of meaning within their personal lives. She uses various therapeutic approaches including, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral and ensures that each approach fits the needs of each of her clients. She is passionate about working with at-risk youth and young adults, as well as adults struggling with life adjustment issues. She understands that therapy can be a difficult place for expression and works on implementing techniques through a creative lens in her sessions through the use of art, music, and dance. Her overall goal is to give clients a safe place to explore and understand their inner workings of their minds.

Additionally, she has worked with homeless women and adults experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, trauma, relationship issues, and adjusting to life transitions. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s in Human Services and her Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in mental health from California State University, Fullerton.  She welcomes all populations and is LGBTQ+ Safe Space trained. She offers an emphatic and nonjudgmental client-centered approach in therapy to provide a safe space for you to explore areas of your life that can be painful and scary to process alone.  She utilizes an eclectic approach to meet the needs of each client and collaborates with you to understand and embrace all parts of yourself, find balance in your life, and determine what obstacles are getting in the way of positive change and meaningful relationships.  She welcomes all populations and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She also has experience counseling children who are sight impaired or have other disabilities.  Rebecca enjoys working with young adults and the challenges they face entering adulthood which could lead to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.  She is passionate about the therapeutic benefits in psychotherapy that arts, nature, and animals can provide, thus extends this passion when appropriate in therapy.
