Sometimes we face trauma, adversity, and emotional challenges that are out of our control. These past or present experiences have a negative impact in our relationships and emotional well-being. We believe each experience or chapter of our lives has sculpted our present in some way or another.
Our slogan, "Your Story Matters," is based on the principle that every client is a unique individual with a unique story and we are here to listen to YOUR STORY without judgment or expectations. Our Passion is to help YOU recover, become empowered, and overcome the emotional consequences of trauma and other difficult situations. |
Our founder, Luisa Contreras, participates on Mondays and Fridays in a Spanish radio show Therapy on
