Erin Igarashi-Parra is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT106969. She earned her BA and MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Vanguard University of Southern California. Erin has experience working with substance abuse, trauma, and crisis intervention. She has a special interest in children and families, joining them each individual exactly where they are. During Erin’s undergrad school, she served her practicum hours at a crisis hotline for teens and adults in various stages of life. She gained experience working with suicide intervention, abuse, addictions, grief, loss, and bereavement. While completing her Master’s Program, Erin served her training hours as an individual and group therapist for adults suffering from drug and alcohol addictions. She gained experience working with depression, anxiety, hopelessness, various sexual trauma, domestic violence, abuse, cutting, victims of crime, homelessness, and legal problems. Erin’s goal in life is provide a voice to the voiceless and believes everyone deserves to be heard.
