About Our OC Court Approved Programs
These programs are 12 months in length and follow the “Guidelines for Child Abuser’s Treatment Programs”, developed by the Child Abuser’s Treatment Advisory Committee. These programs meet the legal requirements for child abuser’s treatment and are monitored by the Probation Department. Concurrent parenting classes accompanying these programs are 6 months in length; clients will be enrolled in these parenting classes as part of their overall treatment plan. The Probation Department only approves and monitors the Child Abuser’s Treatment classes. Online classes are not approved.

These programs meet the legal requirements for Batterers’ Intervention and are monitored by the Probation Department. Probation only monitors and approves the Batterers’ Intervention Program classes on this list. Online programs are not approved.
